James Mathieu covers the Tampa Area for mediaiton. We only charge for actual time expended at the mediation, no travel time, no preparation time etc... We have found this to be in the best interests of the participants of the mediation regarding expectation of fees. James is a retired attorney and full time mediator.  We have a full mediation facility in Pasco County and convenient offices locations in the Tampa Area.
